Headquartered in Boca Raton, FL with offices in New York, NY and Charlotte, NC, Zeus Financial, LLC (member FINRA/MSRB/SIPC/MBE) is a registered broker-dealer engaged in the wholesale distribution of a broad range of fixed income securities. Zeus seeks to provide both liquidity and new issue distribution to all of its institutional accounts in Mortgage-Backed Securities, Municipal Bonds, CDs and Structured Products.

OUR HISTORY
Zeus Financial, LLC has been a registered FINRA member since May 18, 1988. In 2017, the Firm underwent a change of ownership which allowed a team of industry experts to focus its efforts on providing fixed income solutions to serve the needs of a wide range of institutional clients. The firm’s new management team has dedicated itself to fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion. In 2022, the Firm was certified as a Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) which gave them the national recognition that the Firm was both owned and managed by a diverse group of minorities. This diverse group of owners and managers is supported by an experienced team of traders that specialize in meeting the needs of its institutional clients while seeking to provide liquidity in a broad range of fixed income securities, new issue distribution, and other market-based solutions.
The firm’s commitment to equity is demonstrated in the depth of experience and diverse backgrounds of its founders Vince Butkevits – CEO, Pardeep Kumar – Managing Director as well as Leticia Butkevits. The founders along with the recent addition of Gary Galarpe – COO make up the Zeus Board of Directors.
